Meghen is originally from Rochester, Michigan, and graduated with a Master’s degree from Grand Valley State University in 2003. Meghen called Tampa, FL home for 14 years before relocating to Charlotte, NC in 2017. Meghen and her husband Alex chose to relocate to Asheville, NC in July of 2022 because of their love of the mountains and to escape the daily grind of hectic big city life. She is TRX and Mat Pilates Certified and has a passion for spinal rehab. Most of her career and experience has been in outpatient orthopedics and working with post-op spine/neurosurgery clients. In her free time, she enjoys exploring her new city, hiking, traveling, pilates, and spending time with her lab Gus.
